Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
Contact info@losermachine.com with your order number to begin return process.

Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

Loser Machine does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@losermachine.com before sending the item back.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
